No More Passwords
This month we introduced the new login service we have shared in prior releases. To login with either a One Time Password (OTP) or with your linkedin or google account, go to login.https://login.thecommunitycloud.com, login and select the cloud community account you want to access.

New Updates:
Enhancement: Manage Members
Member Management has a new feature. We moved the member and professional profile import process here.
Who does this impact?
- Community Admins
- Community Members with Community Permission, Manage Members
What is the impact?
- Access the import tab from manage members, to start the process of importing member and professional profiles. Check out the import member KB Article to learn more.
Enhancement: Trainings Cards
Guests viewing the training card can now see the critical information about the training so that they can make a purchasing decision.
Who does this impact?
- Community Guests
What is the impact?
When viewing the training Card, you can now see the:
- default training image
- training name
- training Category
- training Sub Category
- training Price
Document upload notifications
Members of the community, groups, or admins will now be notified when a document is added.
Who does this impact?
- Community Admins
- Community Members
What is the impact?
A new upload notification will be received when:
- A community member and a document is uploaded
- A member of a group and a document is uploaded to the group
- An admin member of an Event and a document is uploaded to the event
- An admin member of an Event and a document is uploaded to a session
- An admin member of an Workshop and a document is uploaded to the workshop
Add Notify Community to Create Group
Users that are creating a group, can now choose to notify the community of the newly created group, so that they can draft and complete group planning activities before posting the group.
Who does this impact?
- Community Admins
- Community Members
What is the impact?
- When creating a group, you will see an option to Notify Community and the option is checked.
- When creating a group and the Notify Community is not checked, then auto share is not created.
- When creating a group and the Notify Community is checked, then auto share is created.
Story – New Account Page
Introducing the New Account page, where you can find and edit all the information that you need regarding your TCC billing and account plans.
Who does this impact?
- Community Admins
- Community Members
What is the impact?
- Account Admins can now change account plans and top up licenses from this page.
- You can access your Billing and:
- You will see all your invoices
- You will see and access bills and payments
View Quick Add menu
Users of the Quick Add, you can now see the last 5 quick add options with an option to search or view all options, so that you have one place to add a Community Asset.

What is the impact?
- When clicking the Quick Add, you will presented with the quick add screen
- When viewing the quick add screen, you will see:
- The last 5 selections (order by last clicked menus)
- An option to view all
