Membership Renewals

We are pleased to announce that users with Manage Members Permission can now send a notification regarding the Payment Method reminder emails. This will help ensure that all members can receive their benefits in a timely manner. As always, thank you for your support and hard work in keeping this community running smoothly!

What is the impact?

  1. When you click manage members you see a new option called membership renewals.
  2. The membership renewal board will list all members to be renewed as a Kansan board.
  3. Manage the renewal process by dragging each renewal card from to do, in progress, and done.
  4. See Helpdesk article for details.

Notification Center

The Notification Center tells you everything that has happened in the community.   e Now, you can quickly view all notifications at once by clicking the “Show All” button. You can also mark all notifications as read with a single click by selecting the “Mark as Read All” option.

We hope these features will make it easier for you to stay up-to-date on all the important notifications in your life.

Who does this impact?

  • All community members

What is the impact?

These changes will make the user experience much more efficient and enjoyable. By providing the option to mark all notifications as read, users will be able to quickly and easily manage their notifications. Additionally, by removing the orange button design when notifications are read, users will have a cleaner and more organized view of their notifications. These changes should make it easier for users to manage their notifications and keep up with important updates from the community cloud.
