Hello, Community Admins!

We continue to improve the Cloud Community experience for you, your Visitors, Guests and Members.

Here is what’s new and what’s changed for February:

Enhancement: Community Location Brand Management 

A Cloud Community Account can have more than one location, and each location can have its own unique branding elements, for example, a different logo.  Now you can now set branding for the community website, the community portal, or both.  

Who does this impact? 

  • Community Admins 
  • Content Editors
  • Community Members with Permission Manage Location Permission.

What is the impact?

  1. You can now easily find the Branding page by searching for it under settings.
  2. You now have an option to set a brand in BOTH portal and website.
  3. You can change portal colors and fonts to match your website’s branding.

Enhancement: Community Title quick Add

Safe time when assigning community titles to Community Members.  Now, when you type a Community title that is not in your account, you are presented with the “New” options.  Selecting the new option will add the Community Title to your Community Location.

Who does this impact? 

  • Community admins 
  • Community Members with permission Manage Members

What is the impact?

  1. Users can now add titles from the dropdown by clicking the “Add“ button.
  2. This feature has been updated in access and profile pages of managed members.
  1. If a title does not appear or exist, you can just type it in, and it will give you an option to add the title to the profile and list.
